fun kayaking. left the boatslip at about 1:02 pm (after tweeting, @alex_landefeld), paddled up to Herr's Island, western end, tweeted again, then paddled back to the boat slip by about 1:58 pm, all the while (tweets notwithstanding) "kayak racing, kayak racing" as a viable Pickupalooza activity. ;-)
